Payment and Returns

All our products are available to buy through our web site.  Lotus accepts all major credit, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal. 

We also accept Bank Wires and Check / Money Orders. Orders paid by check will be held until payment clears, usually 3-5 business days after deposit.

Lotus does not offer credit terms.

(1). No Shipment may be rescheduled or cancelled within 45 days of scheduled ship date.

(2). For orders which are canceled prior to shipment are subject to 25% restocking charge for items already in production or in finished goods inventory awaiting shipment to Buyer.

(3). For orders for customized items designed/modified according to the Buyer's specifications, they are non-cancelable and are subject to full recovery costs.  If cancelation is accepted for customized items, a 25% restocking charge may apply.

A Return Authorization is required prior to sending your order back to Lotus.

To request a Return Authorization please email customer service at sales@lotussys.com and put your order number or available account information . All returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery with a Return Authorization. Returned items must be new, in original packaging and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse or alteration. Failure to meet these conditions may cause your request for return credit to be denied. We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your items less shipping and 25% restocking fee.

Order discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days after receipt of order.

All refunds will be given in the original payment form (Credit Card, PayPal, Check etc.)
