    Part Number: LADC7G is a  is a wideband, high-linearity, low noise amplifier in a small 1-1/8”x15/16”x0.48” shielded RF enclosure. At 3.5 GHz, the amplifier typically provides 16 dB gain, +17.5 dBm OIP3 at a 16mA bias setting, and 2.3 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased from a single supply +5V.
