    Part Number: LADC8G2SR is a flat, high gain, 2 stage, high-linearity, and ultra low noise amplifier covering from DC to 8GHz in a small 1-1/2”x15/16”x0.49” shielded RF enclosure. The LNA provides a +/-1dB flat gain (peak-to-peak) from DC to 8 GHz. At 4 GHz, the amplifier typically provides 39 dB gain, +31 dBm OIP3 at a 145mA bias setting, and 1.8 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased from a single supply +5.5V~12V.
